Major Car Accident in Yerevan: One Injured
Today, January 21, a car accident occurred in Yerevan. At around 01:00, two vehicles collided in front of house 2/8 on Rubinyants Street: a BMW with the license plate 95 TN 005 driven by 26-year-old Albert A. from Yerevan, and a Mercedes with the license plate 35 LX 116 driven by 21-year-old Gevorg P. from Charentsavan.
According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, as a result of the accident, driver Albert A. was taken to the 'Saint Grigor Lusavorich' medical center with bodily injuries.
The photojournalist reports that following the collision, the BMW went off the roadway and crashed into a power pole. Officers from the Yerevan Traffic Police and representatives of the insurance company arrived at the scene.
