Video: 79 Drunk Drivers Detected from January 13 to 19
From January 13 to 19, the officers of the 1st Patrol Battalion of the Traffic Police carried out intensified service in the capital, transporting 131 vehicles to impound. This information comes from the Police media release.
Out of the 131 vehicles, 22 drivers were found to be under the influence of alcohol, while the others either lacked appropriate documentation or committed serious violations of traffic rules, demonstrating blatant disregard for other participants in traffic.
During the same period, officers of the 2nd Patrol Battalion of the Traffic Police carried out intensified service in the regions, transporting 91 vehicles to impound. 57 of these drivers were in a state of intoxication. Additionally, 1 vehicle was detected operating without license plates, 30 without a valid insurance contract, and 114 vehicles had tinted windshields.
Three drivers were fined for throwing various items and objects out of their vehicles while driving.
