‘If we understand who called Kutoyan from London, everything will fall into place,’ says Arthur Ghazinyan

The former Chief of Police of Armenia, General Hayk Harutyunyan's death has led to the initiation of a criminal case under the composition of incitement to suicide. This was reported by Arthur Ghazinyan, the leader of the ‘One Armenia’ party, on his Facebook page.

He stated, ‘Six months have passed, yet there has been no progress in this criminal case. I believe the investigative body is struggling to find the answer to the question of who or what could have compelled an experienced and strong military officer to take his own life. A criminal case has also been initiated regarding the death of former NSS director Georgi Kutoyan under the same article… Some ‘invisible powerful’ force breaks the will and spirit of strong and balanced individuals and forces them to end their lives.’
