Firefighting Efforts Halted Due to Darkness
On January 13, at 14:01, the "911" service received information that a grassy area on the hillside to the east of the village of Gugark in the Lori region was on fire.
Two operational groups from the regional rescue department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations were dispatched to the scene. The fire was contained by 19:48, having burned approximately 25 hectares of vegetation.
Due to darkness, firefighting efforts were suspended.
