Urgent Incident in Vanadzor: Fire Breaks Out in Student Dormitory

An urgent incident has occurred in the city of Vanadzor, Lori Province: a large fire has broken out in the local student dormitory. According to initial reports from a correspondent of "Armenian Time" at the scene, there are casualties, most of whom have suffered from smoke inhalation.
