Araarat Mirzoyan Meets with Delegation from the Armenian Assembly of America Board of Trustees

The President of the National Assembly of Armenia, Araarat Mirzoyan, welcomed the co-chair of the Board of Trustees of the Armenian Assembly of America, Anthony Barsamian, and the regional director, Arpi Vardanyan, on December 13.

According to the press service of the National Assembly of Armenia, the guests and Araarat Mirzoyan congratulated each other on the recent adoption of a resolution by the United States Senate recognizing and condemning the Armenian Genocide.

The head of parliament emphasized and expressed gratitude for the long-term efforts of the Armenian Assembly of America, as well as other Armenian organizations, in the process of acknowledging the Armenian Genocide.
