Ara Vardanyan Released on Bail of 10 Million Drams, Says Lawyer
The former executive director of the Armenia Pan-Armenian Foundation, Ara Vardanyan, has been released from custody on bail. This information was shared by his lawyer, Lusine Sahakyan, in an interview with Tert.am.
"The court has decided to change the measure of restraint for Ara Vardanyan to bail set at 10 million drams. After the bail is transferred to the court's deposit account, Ara Vardanyan will be free," Sahakyan stated.
It is worth noting that Ara Vardanyan is charged under part 3 of Article 179 of the Armenian Criminal Code.
