It Was a Responsible Moment: Zohrab Mnatsakanyan on the Exchange Program of Armenian and Azerbaijani Journalists

It is indeed a very responsible moment, as you see, all this stems from our agreements, it all comes from our policy, that it is necessary to create an environment where if we are practically working towards a peace process, it is impossible to expect positive progress without the appropriate environment.

This was stated today, on November 30, during the charity event "Welcome to Armenia," by the Armenian Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan, while referring to the mutual visit of Armenian and Azerbaijani journalists, noting, however, that the environment is such that it is impossible to expect any breakthroughs or immediate results from this one event.
