Hraparak: BHK Politely Rejects Government Officials
Hraparak newspaper reports that the BHK has politely rejected government officials and will not join the controversial statement presented during the extraordinary session of the National Assembly's Permanent Commission on Human Rights Protection and Public Affairs, authored by a group of deputies led by Maria Karapetyan.
The BHK representatives stated that everything included in the text of the statement is already provided for by the Constitution. This refers to the mention of constitutionally protected rights. Therefore, they will wait for the government's next step on project development and will discuss whether to join the project only after that, or possibly present their own version.
