Fact: Opposition Unites in Artsakh
«Fact» newspaper writes: A few days ago, Grigori Sahakyan, one of the heroes of the April war, announced the formation of his party and its active participation in the parliamentary elections in Artsakh. The party is named "Trust."
It is noteworthy that at one time, Sahakyan faced some issues regarding certain matters and left the armed forces, where he had served for 27 years since the formation of the army. Now, Sahakyan is trying his strength in the political arena, and incidentally, he has started a serious process of uniting the opposition in Artsakh.
Recall that a month ago, during the mayoral elections held in Stepanakert, Sahakyan unexpectedly gathered around 5,000 votes, placing second, which came as a surprise to everyone.
More details are in today’s paper.
