Nikol has escaped responsibility for a long time, says Balasanyan

Robert Kocharyan has been arrested to destroy everyone, said Vitaly Balasanyan, a hero of Artsakh and former secretary of the Artsakh Security Council, during a meeting with journalists today.

"They want to destroy all previous values. Well, it doesn't end with Kocharyan, does it?" he stated.

Vitaly Balasanyan pointed out that when he was in Yerevan on May 9, there was also an intention to "throw him on the asphalt."

"Nikol has escaped responsibility for a long time; this man has never taken responsibility for anything," he said.
