New Noteworthy Body Subordinated to Pashinyan Being Established
The newspaper 'Pakt' reports that a council for anti-corruption policy has been established within the government, which is a rather noteworthy body with its own jurisdiction and scope of activity. This body is not subordinate to any ministry but is directly accountable to the Prime Minister.
According to 'Pakt' newspaper sources, serious developments regarding this structure are expected soon under the special directive of Nikol Pashinyan. Specifically, it is planned to establish representations of this body in all regions of Armenia, as well as separate branches in major cities.
Our sources indicate that Pashinyan intends to include personnel who are not politically affiliated but are loyal to him. Currently, a 'casting' for the council's composition is underway. According to the newspaper's information, the coordination of this bloc's activities is personally overseen by Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan.
