«Zhamanak»: Secret Agreement Between Arthur Vanetsyan and Gagik Khachatryan

«Zhamanak» newspaper reports: Based on information from «Zhamanak», a secret agreement was made between former NSS head Arthur Vanetsyan and former head of the State Revenue Committee Gagik Khachatryan. According to the terms of this agreement, Khachatryan would be released if he compensated for the damages caused to the state.

Khachatryan has fulfilled his part of the agreement by paying the required amount and has been awaiting his release. However, Prime Minister Pashinyan has not allowed Vanetsyan to fulfill his obligations under the agreement. There is a possibility that his resignation and reference to a military honor may be linked to this very agreement.
