‘Zhamanak’. Positions for Heirs: Who is the 22-Year-Old Head of the Ajapnyak Gas Office?
‘Zhamanak’ newspaper writes: “Society had not yet come to terms with the fact that former Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan’s son, Tigran Karapetyan, is the second-in-command at ‘Gazprom Armenia’ and holds the position of deputy director for capital construction and renovation, and now it turns out that the company’s staff is organized based on family connections. For instance, the 22-year-old son of the company’s chief staff member, Levon Mikayelyan, is the head of the Ajapnyak gas office. Meanwhile, Armenian society has devoted its entire life to paying the multi-million salaries of the Karapetyans and their offspring.”
