Before Departing, Osipyan Gifts Weapons to Several Individuals
The former head of the Police of Armenia, Valery Osipyan, made several appointments yesterday before his departure, likely to individuals to whom he had promised positions or had already made agreements. According to ArmDaily.am, Osipyan signed approximately 40 orders, including the appointment of a new head for the Traffic Police's registration-examination department (MRSU), and made around 10 appointments of officials of various ranks within the Traffic Police, along with other structural changes.
Additionally, Valery Osipyan dismissed the representative of the Police of Armenia at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. According to the news outlet, Osipyan also gifted weapons to many employees working in the system.
