Zurabishvili's Son to Work in French President's Office
The son of Georgian President Salome Zurabishvili, Teimuraz Gorgishtani, has become a member of the French president's office. This was reported by the French newspaper Le Journal du Dimanche, as cited by Aliq Media.
Gorgishtani holds citizenship in both France and Georgia. Previously, he worked at the French mission to the UN in New York. Not long ago, he was an employee at the French embassy in London, and now he will oversee issues related to Asia, North, and Latin America in the diplomatic department of the French President's office.
Salome Zurabishvili, a Georgian emigrant’s daughter who was elected president of Georgia last year, has two children: Teimuraz (32 years old) and Ketevan (29 years old) Gorgishtani. Like Salome Zurabishvili, they grew up in Paris. Ketevan lives in Paris and works as a sports commentator for France 24. Before the presidential elections, Zurabishvili's children were in Georgia to support Salome Zurabishvili.
