Will a Bail be Applied as a Measure of Restraint for Kocharian? The Court Will Announce Its Decision on September 20

The Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction (Shengavit residence), chaired by Judge Anna Danibekyan, concluded discussions on the bail request submitted by the defense team of the second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharian.

The court's decision will be published on September 20 at 17:00. The amount of the bail could be determined by the court.

It should be noted that this motion was presented by the defense months ago. The request from R. Kocharian's legal team has also been joined by the attorneys of other officials involved in this criminal case.
