Sanasaryan on NSS Investigator's Decision

David Sanasaryan, head of the State Revenue Committee whose powers have been temporarily suspended, wrote on his Facebook page: "The NSS investigator (actually, my superior) rejected my lawyers' well-reasoned and substantiated request to terminate the criminal proceedings against me. The rejection was based on unfounded reasons, one of which was highlighting that my four witnesses were allegedly my subordinates, therefore their testimonies are not credible, while Samvel Adyan was also my subordinate, yet his false testimony was deemed credible because it is against me.

I have a little hope that the Prosecutor's Office might be more reasonable and will not take on the responsibility of advancing these false charges. The legal Armenia has no alternative. I love you all."
