If There Are Obstacles, Naira Zohrabyan and Sergey Bagratyan Will Be With the People

The leader of the "Prosperous Armenia" faction of the National Assembly stated today to reporters that he is ready to stand beside those organizing actions for the protection of Amulsar. When asked when he would go out to participate in the protests, he replied: "We did not say we are going to participate in the march; we said we are with the people, and we will protect the people. They can walk freely. If there are obstacles, if there is violence, the MPs—Naira Zohrabyan and Sergey Bagratyan—will immediately be with the people."

When asked whether the extra-parliamentary opposition could be a competitor for the "Prosperous Armenia" party, Tsarukyan noted that they would not engage in self-promotion.
