VIDEO: No Need for Mustard After Lunch – Sasun Mikayelyan to the Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations
During the discussion of the draft proposal initiated by the Ministry of Emergency Situations to establish a Day of Disaster Resilience, MP Sasun Mikayelyan from the 'My Step' faction asked the reporting Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations, Armen Harutyunyan, to clarify what is meant by disaster resilience. He questioned whether we need to be resilient before a disaster or after it: 'Are we resilient before the disaster, or after? What does it mean – a day of disaster resilience? No need for mustard after lunch,' the MP quipped.
The deputy minister's response can be seen in the video.
