«Hraparak». The Police System is Busy Praising the Chief of Police on Facebook

«Hraparak» newspaper writes: "Apart from the fact that the entire management system is currently 'sitting' on Facebook, living with the Prime Minister, ministers, and the president-vice presidents on FB, there is also internet monitoring of ratings being conducted and presented to the Prime Minister. At this moment, at the top of the ratings chart are Arthur Vanetsyan, Davit Tonoyan, and Valeri Osipyan. However, the latter's position in the trio is secured thanks to hard work; the entire police system is busy on Facebook, praising the police and personally the chief of police with their families, responding to negative comments, and voting in rating surveys."
