Is there an obligation for our state to exploit Amulsar? Tigran Avinyan explains
Is there an obligation for our state to exploit Amulsar? On September 4, journalists posed this question to Armenian Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan.
"The only obligation is that our state must be a rule of law and a country governed by law," he said.
When asked about his personal interest in this matter, given that it is frequently discussed, he replied: "Personal interest? Personally, I have one interest. That is the protection of the state interest."
