Vitaly Balasanyan Called Nikol Pashinyan During the Revolution and Made an Offer: Alen Simonyan
Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly Alen Simonyan stated during a Facebook press conference that he had a friendship with the sons of the second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan, and had communication with them before the events of March 1, after which they ceased contact.
Referring to the recent interview and statements made by the former Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Artsakh, Vitaly Balasanyan, Simonyan revealed that Balasanyan had called Nikol Pashinyan during the revolutionary days and offered to negotiate, a proposal that was rejected by Pashinyan, then an opposition figure.
