National Team Holds First Training Session
The Armenian national team has commenced preparations for the upcoming Euro 2020 matches. Today, the team held its first training session, which took place under heavy rain. This was reported by the official website of the Football Federation of Armenia.
The training involved 21 football players from the national team. Notable absentees included Varazdat Haroyan, Andre Charlie, Henrikh Mkhitaryan, and Erik Vardanyan. To ensure a comprehensive training process, players from Armenia's U-21 national team, including Vahan Bichakhchyan, Arthur Nadiyan, Yerjanik Ghoobasyan, and Hovhannes Nazaryan, also participated.
Following warm-up exercises and tactical drills, the training concluded with a scrimmage and penalty kicks. Tomorrow, the team will hold two more training sessions at 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
