If I Were to Sell My Opinion, I Would Have Sold It to Richer Forces Long Ago - Ioannisian

If anyone thinks that my position on Amulsar is influenced by the government funds allocated for the elections in Artsakh, then they do not know me at all. This was stated by Daniel Ioannisian, the coordinator of the ‘Informed Citizens’ Union’ organization, on his Facebook page.

“Ninety percent of those who receive salaries from those funds and are engaged in monitoring are actively opposed to the exploitation of Amulsar. If I were to sell my opinion, I would have done it long ago to richer forces. And to the fake accounts of the Republican Party exploiting this topic – greetings,” he wrote.

It is noteworthy that during today’s session, the government decided to allocate a grant of 33.68 million drams from the government reserve fund to the ‘Informed Citizens’ Union’s Stepanakert office (16.2 million drams) and to the ‘Transparency International Anti-Corruption Center’ (17.4 million drams). These funds are provided to conduct a monitoring mission for the local self-government elections scheduled to take place in Artsakh in September.
