Azerbaijan Sends Letter to UN Secretary-General Regarding Document on Artsakh

Azerbaijan has sent a letter to the UN Secretary-General concerning a document related to Nagorno-Karabakh, which will be published in the coming days as an official document of the UN General Assembly and Security Council.

According to trend.az, this information was reported by the press secretary of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry, Leyla Abdullayeva.

The Azerbaijani side claims that “Armenia, abusing its membership rights in the UN, has distributed an illegal report by the separatist regime attached to the letter addressed to the Secretary-General.” The report, they say, was written in Nagorno-Karabakh.

Abdullayeva stated that Armenia allegedly employs the practice of disseminating documents from the illegal separatist regime within the frameworks of the UN and OSCE.
