Patient Expresses Frustration Towards Polyclinic Director Over Heart Concerns

A Facebook user, Tatev Arakelyan, has expressed her dissatisfaction with the director of the Republican Hospital, recounting her experience.

“I tell the director that my heart is in bad condition, and he replies that I should come at my therapist's appointment time. He insists that the therapist must give a referral, and without it, nothing can happen. The questionnaire is in the office, and the office is closed. I ask, ‘What if my heart worsens at 1:35?’ He responds that there should be a replacement doctor, but today even that replacement has left. I say this is unacceptable; how can a patient come and find no doctor available?”

In frustration, she recounts the director's harsh response: “DON'T TALK BACK; GO TO A PROTEST IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM!!!!!!! Consider these rude doctors, who don't know how to speak properly, who are disrespectful and rude—YOU WILL BURN IN HELL!!!!!!!!!”
