Non-Serving 'Generals': Only 3 Out of 30 Colonels in the SSC Leadership Have Served in the Army

During a press conference yesterday, SSC President David Ananyan proudly presented the achievements of his organization in tax collection. However, it is noteworthy that after a brief examination of the SSC website, we discovered that out of 30 colonels in the SSC leadership, only 3 have served in the army.

From the biographies of SSC President David Ananyan, his deputy Rafik Mashadyan, Tigran Zakaryan, and others, it is clear that the majority have not served in the military. Moreover, some of the non-serving individuals hold titles such as Lieutenant General of Justice and Major General of Justice, for which they receive additional payments, not to mention the substantial bonuses.
