No Issues at the Nuclear Power Plant: Company Director

The widespread power outage of the day is not related to the Nuclear Power Plant, said Movses Vardanyan, the director of the Armenian Nuclear Power Plant, in response to SHANTNEWS.am's inquiry.

"There are no safety issues at the Nuclear Power Plant. We have had no problems related to safety and the cooling of nuclear fuel," Vardanyan stated in an interview with the news outlet, emphasizing that the power outage is not connected to the plant and there is no malfunction at the nuclear facility that would account for it.
