Two Indians Assault Each Other in Armenia, One Severely Injured
A 30-year-old Indian national, Parami H., residing in Armenia, has been transferred to a hospital in Vagarshapat with serious injuries. According to reports from the Vagarshapat medical center to NEWS.am, he suffered from a rib fracture, abrasions on the posterior surface, a rib fracture on the left side of his face, and closed head trauma. The patient stated that he was assaulted by unknown individuals.
Later, he was sent from the Vagarshapat hospital to Yerevan for a CT scan.
Earlier, armeniasputnik.am reported that police from Ejmiatsin rushed to the man's residence in a local dormitory, where they discovered another Indian national, a 24-year-old, with half of one ear severed. According to information circulating in the dormitory, the injured man and the fellow countryman had a dispute that escalated into a fight, during which one used a knife to cut off a part of the other’s ear.
