Mersedes Crashes into Noragavit's 'Post of the Guard'
On June 2 in Yerevan, a major and stunt-like car accident occurred. Around 23:00, the driver of a Mersedes vehicle with the license plate H 845 OH 199 RUS was traveling on the Yerevan-Meghri highway in the Artashat area, when they veered off the road’s traffic zone and crashed into a non-operational checkpoint of the Road Police.
According to Shamshyan.com, as a result of the accident, two individuals with bodily injuries were taken to the ‘Erebuni’ medical center, with one reported to be in extremely critical condition.
The impact of the vehicle caused the walls of the checkpoint to collapse, damaging two support columns and the ceiling, creating a risk of further collapse of a portion of the concrete ceiling, necessitating the use of appropriate equipment for dismantling.
