Tbilisi-Yerevan Train Hits Large Cattle

On May 30, at 17:45, a report was received by the Ani division of the police from the South Caucasian Railway Company stating that the Tbilisi-Yerevan train had struck cattle at kilometer post 2742, section 8. This information was gathered from the official police website.

An operational group dispatched to the scene clarified that on the same day, around 17:30, two large cattle belonging to a resident of Shirakavank village were hit by the train numbered 371, resulting in their death. An investigation is underway.
