Large Fire in Meghri City
The Emergency Situations Ministry's "911" service received a call today, May 30, at 18:10, reporting a house fire on Paramaz Street, near the church, in Meghri city, Syunik Province. This information was provided by the ministry's press service.
Four fire fighting teams from the Emergency Situations Ministry and an operational group from the regional rescue department were dispatched to the scene.
The fire was contained by 19:40 and extinguished by 21:10.
The two-story house located on Khachatryan Street (188.7 sq. m), owned by A.G., was completely destroyed.
