Issues Arising at Lars Are Medvedev's Response to Armenia
According to the newspaper “Zhamanak,” following the attacks initiated by the Armenian authorities against Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, issues have started to arise at the Upper Lars checkpoint for Armenian citizens.
Armenian citizens are forced to wait for 14-20 hours at the checkpoint, which is clearly a response from the Russian side to anti-Russian sentiments in Armenia.
