Missing Polish Tourist Found by Local Citizen
A missing Polish tourist in Yerevan has been located. He was found by a local citizen, Vardan Movsesyan, who saw a statement released by the Polish embassy.
Movsesyan shared a photograph with the Polish citizen on his Facebook page, accompanied by a note explaining the situation.
“As you know, a Polish citizen had gone missing. I happened to see him, called the Polish embassy, spoke with them, and everything fell into place. Shortly after, they called me back for a few minutes to ask some questions about who he was with. I told them it was a decent car, a clean driver, he left a good impression. The ambassador's assistant, named Anna, responded to me, saying, 'You are all decent people,' referring to all the citizens of Armenia,” he wrote.
It is worth recalling that the Polish embassy had reported today that the tourist had disappeared after leaving his mobile phone in the hotel.
