Armenian Revolutionary Federation Prepares to Issue Vote of No Confidence Against Pashinyan

According to the newspaper "Hraparak," the internal political tensions in Armenia will peak in May and June due to processes related to "Gazprom," the energy sector, cement, and government optimization efforts. "In December, we will initiate the vote of no confidence against Prime Minister Pashinyan," said a source from the ARF.

Why December and not June or July? "Because a vote of no confidence can only be issued one year after the appointment to the position," the source explained. However, how do you plan to start the process of no confidence without being represented in the National Assembly? Reports suggest that discussions are underway with parliamentary forces about resigning mandates to create a crisis, leveraging the entire proportional list. Is it correct that you are negotiating with the Prosperous Armenia Party and Bright Armenia?

"Such a scenario is being discussed, but it's complex to execute. Note that in March, with issues from the ruling party, Nikol Pashinyan had a 60% approval rating, which was prior to the controversies surrounding the transgender issue, a customs officer, and Davit Sanasaryan. In essence, Pashinyan's rating is declining by 2% each month, and now that rate will accelerate; December will be the most favorable time to set things in motion," the source indicated.

Will an opposition general field take shape? Will you be able to reach agreements with each other? "That has been the most difficult, almost unsolvable question both in old and new Armenia," the source concluded.
