Gagik Tsarukyan's Mandate Revocation Not on Our Agenda: Makunts
“I have not yet had the opportunity to familiarize myself with the statement from the ‘K’ party. We will discuss it within the faction and see what position we take,” said Lilit Makunts, the leader of the ‘My Step’ faction, in an interview with 24news.am, adding that the issue of revoking the mandate of Gagik Tsarukyan, the leader of the Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK), is currently not on their agenda.
It is noteworthy that today the ‘K’ party published a statement proposing the revocation of Gagik Tsarukyan’s mandate and the initiation of criminal proceedings against him.
On the other hand, the ‘My Step’ faction will have a closed meeting today, during which they will discuss the controversial situation surrounding BHK MP Sergey Bagratyan, as well as the statement regarding their leader Gagik Tsarukyan, according to Hraparak.am.
