Artzruni Hovhannisyan on Enemy Fire in Baghanis
Today, reports circulated in the media that the enemy had opened fire towards the road in the border village of Baghanis, Tavush Province. In this regard, AuroraNews contacted the spokesperson of the Ministry of Defense, Artzruni Hovhannisyan.
According to him, the gunfire was directed at the positions of Baghanis, but it did not cause any damage to the servicemen or the local population.
Baghanis community leader Narek Sahakyan also informed Armenian media that the enemy fired towards the interstate road for approximately 40 minutes, but there were no casualties. The road was temporarily closed during the gunfire, but it is now open, and the situation is calm.
