Ordered Cases Don't Happen by Chance: D. Ioannissian on the Charges Against Sanasaryan
Daniel Ioannissian, president of the 'Informed Citizens' NGO, wrote on his Facebook page: 'The Prosecutor's Office confirmed yesterday that Davit Sanasaryan's subordinates have indeed uncovered crimes in the area of hemodialysis procurements (a criminal case has been initiated on this matter).
This means we can note that the NSS, by initiating a case against Davit and his subordinates, qualifies the uncovering of corruption by Davit as 'abuse of official powers.'
Furthermore, NSS Director Vaneghyan, instead of waiting for the investigator or prosecutor, announced yesterday that the case against Davit Sanasaryan and his subordinates would go to court, even before the preliminary investigation was completed.
In other words, Vaneghyan does not consider it possible for there to be developments in this case that would lead the investigator or prosecutor to decide not to send it to court.
Excuse me, but ordered cases don't happen by chance.'
