New Details on the Noragavit Customs House Incident: Why Ananyan Remained Silent
The newspaper "Zhamanak" reports: "After Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's visit to the Ararat Customs House and the well-known flag incident, interesting details have come to light for "Zhamanak".
Specifically, 15 days before the customs house incident, the State Revenue Committee (SRC) conducted a purchase for flag stands. A tender was announced, and a winning organization was selected, which was supposed to carry out the purchase and deliver the flag stands in the coming days, on one of which the 'abandoned' flag of the customs house might have been attached.
Notably, SRC Chairman Davit Ananyan was aware of the purchase, but during the incident, he made no attempt to address the situation—at least by stating that they had purchased stands and were planning to restore the flag."
