Mayor Invites Café Owners to Meeting

Café owners operating around the Opera were invited to the city hall this evening at 18:00 for a meeting with Mayor Hayk Marutyan.

“We discussed with the police that it would be more appropriate to pause operations for a while until we wait for tomorrow and discuss what they need from us. We are trying to listen to them, but we also say that cafes cannot come at the expense of green spaces. Let’s discuss this with the mayor, and we will inform you about our further actions,” said Viktor Mnatsakanyan, head of the Central Administrative District, in a conversation with reporters.
