Two More Members of Restart Face Restraint Measure in Malayan Case
In the case involving Narek Malayan, a restraint measure has been applied against two more members of Restart. This was stated by the head of the Public Relations Division of the Office of the Prosecutor General of Armenia, Arevik Khachatryan, in response to a question from Tert.am.
“Following the incident registered on March 3 on Amiryan Street, Aramayis Petrosyan and Garik Miskaryan have been questioned within the framework of the criminal case, and a restraint measure of a non-leaving signature has been applied due to the suspicion of abduction,” Khachatryan said.
It is noteworthy that the same measure has also been applied against Restart members Davit Petrosyan and Davit Simonyan within the same case.
