Rescue Workers Assist Citizens, Traffic Police Help Rescuers

After a major road accident in the Armavir region, the firemen of the Ministry of Emergency Situations were the first to reach the injured. After rescuing the injured from the vehicle, the rescuers encountered a breakdown on their way back to Yerevan. At that moment, V. Evinyan approached them in his service Toyota Prado and towed the rescuers' vehicle back to Yerevan. A photojournalist reported that bystanders, seeing the traffic police vehicle towing the rescuers' truck, remarked: “The rescuers came, did their good deed, saved people, little did they know that they would struggle to return to their workplace due to a vehicle malfunction.”
