Samvel Meliksetyan has been appointed as the Deputy Head of the National Assembly Staff, marking a significant move for Mirzoyan's associate during the revolutionary days.'

'After coming to power, under Mirzoyan's patronage, he was appointed as the acting director of the Sports and Concert Complex. He aspired to become the director as well, but he faced competition from Karen Kazaryan, a protégé of Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan. In this battle, Avinyan's candidate emerged victorious.'

'Prior to the revolution, Samvel Meliksetyan was a celebrated driver at the Ani Hotel, guiding tourists who arrived in Armenia on tour operator buses.'
