New Players Will Enter the Fuel Market: Minister
New players will definitely enter the fuel market in the near future. This was stated today by the Minister of Economic Development and Investments, Tigran Khachaturyan, to journalists.
“Everyone knows that fuel markets are no longer managed by artificial monopolies; foreign companies are interested, and if not today, then in the near future, there will definitely be new players,” he said.
According to Khachaturyan, the recent decrease in fuel prices is partially due to changes in international market prices, and partly due to the expectations that competition is currently higher and markets are more liberalized.
