Major Car Accident: BMW X5 Overturns on Yerevan - Artashat Highway

On January 27, a major car accident occurred in the Kotayk region. Around 21:20, on the 7th km section of the Yerevan-Artashat highway, a collision took place between a BMW X5, driven by 24-year-old Narek Melkonyan, with license plate 35 NT 429, and a Toyota RAV-4, driven by 24-year-old Lili Khachatryan, with license plate 33 TT 877.

According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, who reported from the scene, preliminary information indicates that fortunately, there were no casualties or injuries resulting from the accident. The BMW veered off the roadway, crashed into a pile of stones, and overturned.
