Clarification from Nairi Insurance Regarding the SSC Announcement

Today, according to a statement published by the State Revenue Committee (SRC), significant tax evasion is allegedly attributed to Nairi Insurance Insurance Company, with the company only learning about it through the media.

We officially state that SRC employees have not visited Nairi Insurance LLC for inspections at any time during this period, and it is unclear what alleged violations and initial assessments are referred to in the SRC's announcement and on what facts this statement is based.

We have sufficient grounds to assert that the SRC's behavior is aimed solely at tarnishing the business reputation and credibility of Nairi Insurance LLC. Therefore, we call for refraining from publishing and disseminating the untrustworthy statements spread by the SRC through any means.

At the same time, the company will take all legally prescribed measures to protect its rights and legal interests, excluding any attempts to tarnish the company's good business reputation and holding those responsible for such cases accountable to the full extent of the law.
