Bread and Salt Production Volumes Decrease
In Armenia, the production volumes of bread and flour have decreased in the first eleven months of this year. According to the Statistical Committee of the Republic of Armenia, the production of flour has declined by 20.6 percent, while bread production has decreased by 2.4 percent. The production of salt has also seen a significant reduction of 28.9 percent.
In contrast, the production volume of sugar has increased by 19.2 percent during the same period. The production of cigarettes has risen by 11.3 percent, canned goods by 24.3 percent, and meat production by 20.8 percent. However, the production volumes of beef, pork, and mutton have decreased.
During the aforementioned period, the production of cognac has increased by 0.2 percent, beer by 14.2 percent, while wine production has decreased by 3.4 percent and vodka by 38.5 percent.
