All snow removal equipment engaged in snow cleaning work, Hakob Karapetyan

All snow removal equipment belonging to Sanitek and the community has been engaged in snow cleaning operations. This was stated by Hakob Karapetyan, the press secretary of the Yerevan mayor, on his Facebook page.

"It is practically impossible to clear all the snow in the city at once, in one hour; I am sure it is not possible in any city. At this moment, I can say that in conjunction with the snowfall, all snow removal equipment belonging to Sanitek and the community has been engaged in snow cleaning operations.

In any case, we kindly ask that if it is not absolutely necessary to travel by car, try to refrain from using your vehicle, in order to make traffic lighter and safer. Especially, cars parked densely along the sidewalks (sometimes in two rows) interfere with snow cleaning," Karapetyan wrote.
