Zarukyan's Son-in-Law's Chief of Staff Accused of Offering Bribery
The individual arrested for offering and promising a bribe to a voter is Aram Hakobyan, the chief of staff for David Manukyan, a proportional candidate from the Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK) and the son of former Armenian ambassador to Ukraine Andranik Manukyan. He was initially arrested, but later a restrictive measure of signing not to leave was chosen.
The spokesperson for the party's president, Gagik Zarukyan, Iveta Tonoyan, confirmed this information in an interview with a correspondent from Radio Azatutyun. David Manukyan from the BHK is the son-in-law of Gagik Zarukyan.
